One of the prides of the Dallmayr House, which has become a role model for sustainable coffee cultivation. Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee. So it is no coincidence that Dallmayr is the world's leading exporter of Ethiopian coffee. The Dallmayr Ethiopia is based on excellent, high-altitude Arabica coffee. The native species found in Ethiopia and their diverse variety give the local coffee its special flavours.

Even today, this coffee is predominantly harvested from shrubs that develop from wild-growing seedlings. Its aroma is reminiscent of herbs, its taste is spicy and full-bodied. The Dallmayr Ethiopia is excellently suited for the classic preparation of filter coffee.
