Nutrifree mix per pane - gluten-free flour mix for bread
Gluten-free flour for bread. Specially designed for people with gluten sensitivity.
Preparation instructions
- 500 gr flour mix
- 380-400 gr water
- 15 gr fresh brewer's yeast
- 10 gr fine salt
- 20 gr extra virgin olive oil
Pour the flour mix into a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and mix by hand. Knead well, then add the extra virgin olive oil, the salt, and knead until you get a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise for an hour and a half at room temperature. Then flour the counter a little and shape the dough into a loaf. Place the bread on the baking sheet and let it rise for another 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 C for 30-40 minutes.
