The milk, which their Hungarian spotted cattle provide, is processed by Tibor Urbán. Tibor Urbán worked as a professional chef for 20 years. In addition to winning several World Cup and Olympic gold medals, he managed the gastronomy of a large company. Attracted by new challenges, he embarked on cheesemaking in 2014, which now provides a livelihood for their family. They make their products professionally, but using traditional methods, which they continuously develop and periodically renew.
