Alce Nero Organic Cocktail Tomato Puree

Tomatoes harvested in July, August and September are processed to preserve their flavour, aroma and nutritional value. After washing and sorting, the tomatoes are steamed to remove their skins, and only then are they crushed, pureed and concentrated. The product is then bottled and pasteurised so that it remains stable over time. Alce Nero organic cocktail tomato puree is made without additives or added salt. 

Producer information

Behind Alce Nero are organic farmers and producers who have been producing food since 1978 that comes from farms that respect the land. They work with over 1,000 Italian and 10,000 Central and South American family businesses.

They have been involved in organic farming for over 40 years, thus taking care of the balance between the Earth and its inhabitants. In order to maintain this balance, they wanted to deal with the production of food that would suit both. They only use ingredients free from synthetic substances for their products, the list of ingredients is short and simple, free from preservatives and additives.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 3-4 days.
